TIME AND PUNCTUALITY

Tear And Laughter In Business

MALAYSIANS as a whole tend to give excuses that they have no time to do this or that. They complain that they do not have enough time to do whatever work given to them. This is of course due to the habits developed in them since they were young and encouraged by the society they live in. Years ago it was true that people had so much time because their lives were simple with less activities. The Chinese even have a saying when they part with one another. They always say to each other, "Walk slowly, do not run." These parting words are still used today in such a complex society. It is therefore not usual to find someone always asking a busy person, how do you find the time? This question has been thrown at me almost daily because many people cannot figure out how I managed to do so many things everyday, working seven day a week, day and night. They think that it is impossible for me to do so because they do not know how.

*   Punctuality is the spice of life. Comment on this statement.
*   A bachelor businessman has more time in his hand than one whomis married. Is this statement true?
*   What is the most important item that will help a person to be punctual all the time?
*   How can you train your staff to be punctual?
*   Why are western people more punctual and time conscious than eastern people?
